NPQ Brand Solutions introduces new integrated solution, FM Insight
Bunnik, 12 October 2009 - NPQ Brand Solutions, part of NPQ Solutions, introduces a new product line. FM Insight is a total solution for the automated support of facility processes in SAP.

FM Insight
FM Insight provides full functional support for both facility service processes (including Reservations, Incidents and Work Orders) as well as accommodation processes (such as Space Management, including a CAD connection). In the development of FM Insight, existing SAP functionalities have been made easily accessible as far as possible and complemented to create fully developed and recognisable facility management applications. The browser-based application is built up of attractive and intuitive screens, in which the user plays a central role. End-users are able to create incidents or reservations without the need for training or any knowledge of SAP.
Service Oriented Architecture
The introduction of FM Insight heralds a new era in which optimum use is made of SAP’s Service Oriented Architecture. The architecture of FM Insight - an add-on within SAP ERP 6.0 - and the product’s SAP certification guarantees its seamless integration within SAP.
To facilitate a quick implementation, NPQ provides a number of business configuration (BC) sets for different processes. Among others, these are available for:
- SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (SAP RE-FX)
- SAP Enterprise Asset Management (SAP EAM)
